Everytime I walk in there, I feel like I'm in the wrong place. The staff seem friendlier with Polish people, (their own community) and give preferential treatment. Even though I turned up for my appointment early, the dentist invited to see 'someone' who turned much later than I did. Worse, the filling I had had, came off on the third day itself after I had it. Moreover, the dentist makes you hold the equipment (the tiny air blower, for instance) yourself while he works on your tooth whilst the assistant just stands there and watches. It's pathetic and silly. The place is neat and tidy; probably that's the only good thing about this dentistry.

Better than my German dentist. Very nice service, competent doctors, affordable prices, clean and organised environment. 5 stars.

Awful!! Went to have a consultation for invisaline and ended up having a check up with a dentist as I was told that was the procedure. Well, had to pay £45 for a consultation I didn’t want and never even seen the dentist for invisaline! A joke really! Very bad customer service! STAY AWAY!

Best of the Best! I have been looked after by Ryszard Samlik for many years. His care is amazing - very gentle... even managed to get me over my fear of going to the dentist! Cant imagine using any other dentist - he really is the best of the best...
