 Cons: 
Very bad experience.
My name is Cosmin and I was here on 20 april 2018 for a "free evaluation".
Well this free evaluation is not free because the doctor didn't told me how mutch will cost me my invisalign until I will do an Xray.

Well, that Xray cost me £85!!!
..... and after that told me that the invisalogn will cost me over £4000.
Such a waste of time and money.

I have been coming here for the past 4 years and was very happy with the service. But I now have to pay a deposit upfront to see a dental hygienist? Feels like I am not trusted to show up. 

Recommend a friend and when they called they were asked for bank details to take deposit?? 

I can perhaps understand doing this for new customers but for existing ones? It's not nice customer service. We must work on mutual trust

Excellent service. Today not only did Melissa see me at the end of a very busy day as an extra appointment but she was so helpful, professional and kind. I have always rated Smile Dental Practice highly and have been a regular patient since arrival in London 14 years ago but I am particularly delighted with the honest appraisal of current work that needs to be done, pricing, recent appointments and professionalism with which Melissa and her predecessor have treated me. The receptionists and dental nurses are also unfailingly exemplary too.

Perfect place for nervous patients. The practice was very clean and the girls at reception were very warm and welcoming. It's always nice to be welcomed with a smile.. The dentist I saw made me feel really comfortable which was exactly what i needed!! She told me about different payment and treatment options which i never got from my old practice so i was able to go ahead with treatment i thought i couldn't afford using finance. Will deffo be recommending this place to people from now on!
