I have to date had no problems with this dental practice. Now it's not the most modern looking of environments but the rooms are clean and organised. What's important to me are the people. It is very important that they are polite  and professional. I found Croydon Dental Practice after having a really negative  experience from two previous dental surgeries. Being a nurse myself I expect a high quality of care and I do understand practice limitations. Nothing is more reassuring than having a professional take the time to listen to your medical history, address your concerns and promptly fix your problem in a timely manner. On this occasion my filling fell out leaving me in excruciating pain as my nerves were exposed. The Dentist made a quick assessment and filled the hole taking time to explain his concerns regarding the filling and my options for future treatment. I did not require an injection thankfully. I dreaded this more than anything so it was such a relief to have had it done in one appointment. I am so grateful. Positive experience from reception to completion .

Partner had an emergency appointment and they solved he problem in less then 10 minutes he was in had a tooth removed and left.
Absolutely amazing definitely recommend them 100%

This practice does not even deserve a Star. I have been with this dental practice for a few years now and never had any issues up until today. I was notified (after trying to book an appointment) that I am no longer a patient there. Supposedly, I had missed 3 appointments earlier this year in May, which I was completely oblivious too. I did try to fight my case with no success as the receptionist on the other end wasn't bothered in the slightest. When I requested for this to be looked in too further I was told that there are other dentists around the area. I think their service today was absolutely appalling even the way I was addressed came across as quite arrogant. These receptionists have no people's skills nor do they even try to emphasise with their patients. Ultimately, they are right and that's the end of it. I guess it's true what they say - not everything that glitters is gold.

I found it very dirty. Only went once. Dentist was on whatsapp when I arrived. Called me "darling", then went on to tell me about how many teeth she needed to extract despite my request to save as many teeth as possible.  When I lay back on the chair and looked up, the dental light was filthy and wires were hanging from the ceiling. Waiting room upstairs was boiling hot and windows wouldn't open. Very shoddy place.

I was greeted by the lovely receptionists, was seen promptly and the dentist was very understanding. I have been going here for years and have never had a problem
