Very friendly owners. Breakfast was good value and the rooms were clean. My only minor criticism is the kettle provided in the room was not detachable and you had to unplug to refill. Other than that, an amazing experience

Stayed here during the recent Fireworks championships a few months back. Great hosts, very welcoming and a nice and very clean room, would certainly stay again!

If I needed to visit Plymouth more often, I wouldn't think twice about staying anyway else. Mul and Ross are the most friendly hosts we have met and the Guesthouse was a joy to stay. Very clean, bright and spacious.  Very near to both the Train Station and University but far enough for peace and quiet. I would suggest you try their full English breakfast, keep you going for the day.
Lets hope I have a reason to visit Plymouth soon.

Beautiful place with lovely and nice host. The breakfast is very good. I like the porridge and the coffee.
