Excellent venue price staff all of it.

This hotel is no fuss no Muss clean and safe to walk around at night. As a single woman on a budget I loved it. It is small. This is not the place if you need room.

Room small but clean and has everything you need to stay overnight, as most people are out and about all day anyway. Breakfast a little strange but otherwise edible. Not sure why they don't just offer a buffet or a simpler breakfast menu. Upon checking their Website they now charge more if you eat breakfast after 8 AM. This is not acceptable, subtracted a star for that!

It no longer exists. The establishment there now, who had never heard of Lincoln House, are called Z Hotels

Good: helpful staff, carpeted floors, detailed and cozy decorations all around, free wifi
Bad: double bedroom was small (single person walking space), bathrooms may be too tight for large people, kettle was broken
Ugly: in between Baker Street & Marble Arch tube stations, with the latter slightly closer and easier to walk but both are at least 10 minutes away for tired legs.
Room Tip: Ask for the first floor as there are only stairs.
