I had a problem with my Hisense TV, called Paul he came the same evening had a look, he said he needed to order a part. He took my TV, and Paul delivered it back to me two days later. Always kept us informed. Really saved us so much money. Thank you Paul Take care Fabio
The top half of my Samsung 55 inch LED TV went oddly darker than the bottom half of the screen. I emailed Paul a photo of this and he advised that he is probably the LED lights in the back that had gone. He quoted me an expected repair amount based on this, which was far less than a replacement TV. He came round to my house to collect and dropped it off 2 days later fully working and good as new.
Delighted with the service. FW electronics collected, fixed and returned my LG TV to me the same day. Honest price too. Highly recommended. Thanks again Paul. Best wishes.
We had a problem with our Toshiba Smart TV which simply stopped working. After a brief phone consultation, Paul called round, assessed what he thought the problem may be and took the TV away - he offered to provide us with a replacement TV whilst ours was repaired. 3 days later, the TV was returned, working perfectly at a cost significantly lower than buying a replacement. If you have an issue with your TV, I strongly recommend that you give them a call. Brilliant service and you will be surprised at what they can do when you think there is no alternative to buying a new one.
Very expensive. Minor repair to pioneer turntable and charged £55. Rip off. Avoid. Will not use again. Claimed belt was replaced that didn't need replacing. Claimed was cleaned but not cleaned very well. Had clean the cover again myself.
Great service they repaired an LG 9.1 sound system wireless rear speaker box for me and saved me a considerable sum of money by my not having to replace the entire system just because the rear speakers had become non functional. I had already spoken to one other repairer who had told me this repair was non feasable and to just scrap the entire system. I would highly recommend their service
My tv screen had screen issues, I called Paul and he came and had a look and explained the issue, &within a day my tv was repaired. Very friendly service and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him to all my friends.
