Same as many reviews on here. I happened to be in this bar on Friday night and the doorman when I asked if there was a cloak room, he’s reply ‘yeah your back’. Funny I suppose but a simple no would have been fine. Seems intent on starting something probably for something to do, if I was on £6 an hour and standing in the cold then maybe I would too. Wouldn’t recommend the place, these plenty of other nicer bars about. Same to end my first experience in Liverpool on such a low note.
Very upset, was in Fusion last night and a poor girl was too drunk to function, had no friends and her phone was dead. Tried to ask the bouncers for help more than once and they wanted nothing to do with her. One of them told me just to leave her in the street. Do not recommend.
I have been here for so often and the guys over her aaron and kareem are the best in this world of fusion. I had the best birthday of my friends here in fusion because of aaron!!
Incredibly rude security. While our friend was trying to explain the reason for going inside which is to inform other friends inside that we're leaving, he was not taken back as though he was out of the inside 2 minutes ago. Lets say thats alright and bouncers have the right to , and thats ok. One of the guards pulls the rope of his sweater and tells him to go away AS İF HE’S JOKING WITH HIM, Bullying in 2022? Would you like to explain what this means? Would your security make this move to any customers? Could you touch a British customer? Oh, by the way, this is the 3-4th rude behavior of the same 'bouncer' to a '’non-native'’ person. Maybe u chould put a color chart on the door instead of bouncers. Please take responsibility for the behavior of your employees or take necessary action. In a few months, there has not been even 1 cm of progress in the field of customer service I do not want to mitigate in this way, of course, I think it will be included in human rights. If you are running such a famous venue in Liverpool, I recommend that you work with people who are more self-controlled and reliable, with a work ethic and moral ethics. By the way, you would think that the customer portfolio inside is amazing, when you see the 5 bouncers at the door. Spoiler alert: lost and high kids inside… Absolutely awful environment

Went up in feb to watch the bluebirds, couldn't ask for much more off of the staff. Phenomenal
Toilets need cleaning but Aaron on the door was sound
