I am always dubious when trying a new store and especially when shopping online. But I cannot fault the furniture store. The communication was excellent and they answered any questions I might have and confirmed the deliver two days before as they promised. The sofa arrived and the delivery guys were polite and superb, also were happy to wear protection over their shoes to keep my house clean. Very happy with the sofa, it was cheap but the quality is great and looks great in my new office. Highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely sensational service from start to finish. Everyone I've dealt with have been really friendly and helpful, which is becoming rare in the modern day.  Ordered late on a Sunday and delivery arranged for Thursday morning and I could not be happier with the sofa. Delivery guys were fantastic and super quick. Outstanding company

Ordered and delivered within 3 days. Was supposed to have a 7-11 days delivery period, but was delivered quite quickly to our pleasant surprise.The delivery people were very professional, installed the sofa and cleaned the packaging extra costs off course but was worth it. The sofa itself is very good quality, the velvet material and colour is perfect.  Highly recommend

I received two sofa's. I opened them both after 5 days as this was the only time we could install. The first order was fine and the other was delivered with a rip on the corner which is an obvious manufacturing fault on the stitching of which images were provided etc The company refused to accept any liability and we are left with one faulty sofa. I am going through the process of having to contact the ombudsman to resolve this issue, and quite frankly this is the worst customer service I have ever received.  They are saying that this wasn't delivered with a fault but why the images clear show it is where the stitching is and not a delivery or user fault. It is clear manufacturing defect

This is my 1st time of choosing to buy from FurnitureInstore. I bought 2 2seater reclining brown leather sofa's. I am very happy with the quality, price and the service that I received. My sofas were delivered promptly at the arranged time although 6am I could have done without! The delivery men put my sofas together for me and took away all of the packages and wrappings for a cost £50! All in all I would recommend FurnitureInstore for good quality and reasonably priced goods.

I absolutely love my new sofas! They are comfortable and good quality for the price. Super fast delivery! Communication could probably be a little better, but however a few days before the arrival of my new sofas furnitureinstore contacted me. Overall extremely pleased!

Excellent service. I was kept informed of everything right up to the time my sofa was delivered. Polite delivery drivers, too. Sofa is perfect - nice and firm, and well built. Brilliant service all round!
