My partner and I wandered in on the off-chance there would be something we liked for our first home together. We were greeted by Masoud, who was very friendly and helpful, and gave us good advice but also plenty of space to look and talk amongst ourselves. Because of his help and advice, we decided to buy 2 pieces then and there. We really appreciated the time and quality of advice he gave us. The service was excellent, and he has a lovely attitude.  I'm sure we will be return customers as well

I had to take time out and leave a review as the service I received was just unimaginably good. From start to finish, the manager David showed us all the sofa options for us, explained the benefits and was very knowledgeable. Helped us find our perfect dream sofa with quick delivery also. Will definitely come back and if HR is reading, you hired an amazing manager who is the reason why I will always go to this store.

Really bad customer services which lie to you and say it isn't their fault when it even blatently is and 'don't compensate' I hope no one needs to contact them.

Really lovely, friendly and helpful staff. I found the clearance sofa of my dreams and the price for the whole set was an absolute bargain! Very happy customers

Joke of a company, we have ordered a set of table and chaired over £2800 back in February 2022 still not delivered, was told June then July then end of august , several times was told you get back to me , stock delayed due to Covid as it’s coming from China even tho you have told us it’s from Italy ,joke

Very long waiting time for delivery Everything takes much longer than the purchase contract I would like to add that the sofa was broken when delivered to me  customer service is selling me off all the time I don't want to help I've been waiting for 3 months and no one has come I feel very cheated by the seller I don't recommend anyone shopping in this store

Given a 23 week wait for sofa which was bad enough, it's now nearly three months overdue. Tried ringing, was spoken to like a idiot by the person who answered, asked to speak to a manager, was promised one would call, they haven't, surprise. Would suggest you go elsewhere, trying to get my deposit back but looking unlikely

If I could give lower than 1 star I would!! The customer service is abhorrent, no one ever calls unless you call them. They seem to think a few good  reviews on trust pilot makes them great. My furniture was severely delayed and one sofa broken on delivery! Now got to wait till end of July for a replacement and they think £70 is acceptable compensation!! It’s an insult. Over 9 months I’ll have waited for my whole delivery and they think it’s acceptable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought two cuddle chairs and i am delighted with them. Just what i ordered and the delivery men were great.took all the packaging with them  and very efficient. Thank you

A table we loved had gone into clearance and was sold out in the Coventry store. Tony was incredibly helpful and friendly and set about sourcing our table from a different store- which he successfully did! Very happy with the customer service received and would highly recommend.
