Had a rude 'lady' who was an employee, come up to me and my friend and said we need our parents! We are 21 which is the funny. This sad excuse of a woman didn't even ask our age and shouted across the store 'out lads!'. That definitely seems professional doesn't it? I will be back in the store to embarrass her like she embarrassed us, I'll also educate the store on how to approach people of all ages. Pathetic girl. Writing this review on here because I emailed Bensons for beds 2 days ago and they haven't replied so it seems that the whole place is unprofessional.

Not sure about before buts this stores now has new staff and Management and thier service is fantastic, the sales team are very helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.

The shop itself is fine (Alvis Retail Park, Holyhead Road, Coventry), with reasonably priced goods and attentive staff. However, after buying a mattress the problems started. Firstly they incorrectly penned us in for a morning delivery instead of afternoons, so missed the first attempted delivery. Then it was impossible to contact their transport depot in Lutterworth (just ringing out). Complained to the shop, spoke to three different people (all very nice), but nothing was ever done (they had the same problem contacting their own distribution depot). Eventually, two days later and after waiting in from 12 noon, the shop confirmed that we were to have the delivery in about 2 hours (approx 6pm). Literally two minutes later they turned up?? Finally got the mattress we ordered. Then just to sum up how completely confused their system is, the distribution depot called, to inform me that we wouldn't be getting our delivery, because the driver had ran out of hours?? I said I think you may be mistaken, but then got a load of abuse from them, for even suggesting they may be in the wrong - they then put the phone down! I am now awaiting some kind of compensation. This may be a one off, but beware they only deliver from 7am-12 (mornings) and from 12-6pm (afternoon). They are not flexible at all on delivery and you will not be able to contact them
