The sales person was knowledgeable and informative. Allowed us to take our time trying the mattresses to makw sure we got the right one for us. The whole purchasing process was also straight forward and painless (apart from It cost me money 😅)

Its taking about 6 weeks to get a dining table and cupboard delivered even though adverts usually say they can deliver by Christmas 2 weeks before hand. Lol. The guys in store were great but the wait is a bit much. Also we have just seen our table advertised at £100 less but still we have to wait for our more expensive table. :-/ Another thing is why are we receiving emails asking how furniture village is doing so far when you haven't done anything yet? We will let you know how you are doing mid summer when we finally get our stuff. ;-)

Havent received sofa yet(not due for 1 month), but the instore team were very friendly and knowledgeable. We shopped around and found them not to pressure us on a decision. Would recommend them so far.
