I have been buying from Furniture Plus for years! Such a fab place for all sorts of things from Bric a Brac to furniture. Staff friendly and helpful! I recommend to everyone! Keep up all the great work you do as a charity to help people just starting out.
Good selection of livingroom, dining room and bedroom furnishings. Delivery cost ok, and though you don't get a time when booking, they'll text you an approximate time on the day.
Absolutely waste of time visiting. Shockingly overpriced on everything. For example an old picture painting priced at £250. Are they crazy. It is a print and really bad certainly not an old master. Who is doing the original they should be shot. Staff customer service rated a nil. rude and unwelcoming. Ignored customers when l was in. An old second hand mattress at £180 also shocked me. In this day and age they don't understand their market. Why not sell check get items moved and make money for charity. This us not a unique or antique furniture store it's a SECONDHAND shop. With basic furniture and lots NO one will ever want too old fashioned. Get better staff and price items more realistically. Rather than folk walking out purchasing nothing. Really 0 out of 5.
They missed one appointment then I arranged another one but when they arrived they decided not to lift my sofa. I waisted 2 days because of it
Great place to pick up decent furniture at great prices.
Bit dear for some of their stuff..but all in all a good place..
Bought a lot of items from here revisited recently was shocked feel they have lost their way this is supposed to be a charitable organisation sorry it isn't now prices have shot up and in some cases ridiculous as you can purchase same items new for a few pounds more. They are in danger of allinating there customers base and that be a shame. I will no longer purchase items from until l see their price structure return to sensibility. Remember they are given majority of items free!!!!! So come on guys remember your supossivly charitable and customers visiting you need help not ripped off.
Lot's of second hand household goods at great prices. All items are cleaned up and are in very good condition, definitely worth a visit.
Big warehouse full of stuff, from great quality, to bits that can be upcycled, just depends on what you're looking for and if you're lucky they'll have it.
This is a wonderful place to buy furniture. I managed to furnish my whole flat in one shop, excellent pricing, helpful people and delivery was great. The fact that they are also Charitable makes it that much more worthy. Thank you
