Great store for household stuff. You can almost find all your household needs under one roof. Easy ample parking. I have always found the checkouts really efficient.

Wish we had a Dunelm store in Dunfermline though Kirkcaldy is only a short drive away. Excellent choice of homeware. Good prices and friendly, helpful staff. Pleased with our purchases as always.

Went today to get some colour changing push button lights £19:99 for 4.  Grocery shop next had same product for £9:99 exact same make!?

Only posting 1 Star as not sure if review could be left with 0 Stars. Like Dunelm as a business, mostly good quality and selection - and have shopped in various of their stores countless times. However,  on Fri 11th Nov we visited Kdy store. We had our three kids in tow, who were just being kids. They did not touch anything or damage anything - it was near closing time and the Staff were clearly wanting to go home. Firstly they refused to get a ladder and get an item down for us - seriously. They tried to get us to accept a similar item from the shop floor , which was clearly a display item and not even in a packet. It only got worse from there - when we asked another member of staff to please get us the new item requested the original employee turned up and threw said item at the counter in disgust. Meanwhile Morticia who we had no idea even worked at Dunelm Kdy was shouting at the Children in an aggressive way who were by NO means being the worst Children on the planet. I paid for all the items and left - the lady on the counter tbh was excellent , sorry I can’t remember her name. However - at least two of the Staff one “FEE”were an absolute disgrace. We made a complaint to Dunelm - and …… NOTHING  Dunelm very very disappointing …..  I will say , in these current times there are PLENTY people who would have …. Not paid for the items Made a scene and made an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT on the spot Possibly called the Police for the aggressive  behaviour towards little kids  If you don’t like dealing with the public  then don’t work in customer service

Very good variety of bedding i.e. sheets pillows mattress protector with prices ranging from low to high and all of good quality. The store also has a variety of household products A really good store to browse.

I love this store, so many different things in the store, you could spend quite awhile in there, lots of unusual things, prices not bad at all if it's quality you're looking for, I'd definitely recommend this store to friends, family and anyone that loves unique items

We went for a click & collect & stayed for  a look around.  Staff were very helpful & efficient.  We'll definitely ship there again.

I was charged for parking even though I am disabled have a blue badge and not from that area. Try to contact Dunelm direct and they refused me in my request not to be fined , I was told that just their customers can ask for this kind of requests.

Love this shop big choice of household products, only decent homeware store near me

Super big shop with lots of beautiful household items at great prices.  Especially lovely now with Christmas decorations.
