I am writing this review on behalf of someone else. Staff give out poor advice and laugh at you because they think they know better. All the reviews on the site itself are very biased with no negative reviews that mention competitors or even anonymous staff members being accepted. Buy at Screwfix.

Not particularly great service. Gents toilets absolutely stink and one cubicle had a broken sensor. Staff weren't bad to me, but they seemed like they hated their job. It was hard to find the stuff I needed. Would recommend only if you've got plenty of time.

There have been a number of occasions in the past when items marked with a multi buy offer have not scanned at the reduced price. I have never bothered to complain. This week (Friday) I bought decking which was on offer if four lengths were purchased. Needless to say the till wasn't set up to recognise this and it caused unnecessary delay to have this rectified. Back in store for some more decking the following day and the same problem occurs! Far from satisfactory service. I wonder how many people go through this store having made these 'multi buy offer' purchases and don't check the till receipt.
