The guy is lovely, as is the fitter but, the blinds are not well measured - bought a black out blind but is sized on the narrow side and on the short side so the light gets in at the sides and bottom. Nor well the blinds well fitted. It's an OK job but when I'm paying £300 for 2 blinds am looking for more than OK. Disappointed that for that money, I'm not feeling happier.

Scott, you have made some dramatic accusations but you have your facts wrong. First of all, Stuart is NOT the owner of the business, I (Bill) am. I have been over 20 years here running Apollo branches from Aberdeen to Glasgow. Stuart never said I lied when I said your blind was in. Your blind WAS in, it just had the wrong name on it so we had a bit of a hiccup, not a drama, and we resolved it. What you have said is slanderous and completely refabricated and I am taking legal advice on suing for compensation. People who want real-time genuine reviews should go to trustpilot where they will find unemotional straight forward reviews from ordinary people who have a balanced state of mind. Nevertheless in your case we should have done better, and I apologise for the delay.

7 weeks since I ordered a single blind. Took the afternoon off work last week to have it fitted and it never arrived. Turns out (after speaking to the manager, Stuart) that Bill from the shop "had lied and my blind was never ready". Worst customer service I've ever received and still completely in the dark (excuse the pun) regarding my order. I have told, and will continue to tell, as many people as I can to avoid Apollo Blinds at all costs and nobody I've told can believe the shambles and disregard for its customers that this disgraceful company has shown thus far. Still awaiting an update regarding my order after I was promised a phone call last week.
