At Funky Monkeys we aim to please everyone and have designed our facilities with this in mind.

We had a birthday party there so that's my experience 1- 30min waiting for the party before us to finish. 2- The stuff there its immature and not well communicative 3- Not giving enough information what to bring from home and what they can give you for the party The whole thing was fine for the money we pay, but the parents need to have patience and organise everything.
Good place for the kids to run a moke and have a catch up with friends or family ad kids play. There's plenty to keep them occupied and happy. Tho i must say the hot chocolate is rotten as it was like pure water which is the first for here. Other than that the staff are friendly! I'd definitely recommend here
Workers always very pleasant and helpful. Even when my kids approach to ask for something small they are welcoming and happy to lend a hand. Kids love the pizza! And the tray bakes are yum!!
Filthy, disgusting, no parental control over the kids. Hate this place with a living passion. Cancelled membership because of the lack of standards. Always fobbed off with excuses when you bring it to anyone's attention. Avoid if you value your sanity, and your children's safety and wellbeing. The price they charge does NOT justify the standards they exhibit. A health inspector should be called in to this place. It is a travesty, a joke, a sham as well as an utter shame. Clearly management doesn't give a continental damn.
Very dirty place. The staff doesn't clean the tables at all. For an hour after the parents had left, rubbish was lying on the tables and under the tables. Workers at that time there were 5 women were talking and laughing in the staff room. There is no trash can to at least collect the coffee cups yourself and throw them away. Dirty, sticky floor, dirty toys. Horrible place.
We went to Funky Monkeys Cityside and asked the young ones working about clearing the table to no avail, mind you I would say the average age of the "staff" was about 17 so I suppose if you pay peanuts then as the saying goes......

Just had our son 3rd birthday party and it was brilliant. Everything front start to finish. There was a man called Owen who explained everything to us from the moment we went in. Couldn't have been nicer. Absolutely lovely. Will definitely be having another party here again.thank you
We had my Son's birthday party. Before party one manager discussed clearly that they will provide birthday room decoration and will be Veg sandwiches as our friends vegetarian. On the day of party only chair a d table for kids. Chicken sandwiches. No decoration in room at all. Another manager who was available saying no we don't provide any decorations. No one ate sandwiches . We rush for decorations, added extra £60 for balloons. We took normal Funkey monkey party not private, charged was discussed £90. So we paid £50 and end of party again £90. Very bad experience. Poor communication
Love love love the place!! Been going for about 5 years now with minded kids who all love it!! From babies to toddlers there is something for all. With the addition of the new sensory room it gives the wow factor. I couldn't get the 2 older girls out today 6 & 8 because of this!! Food is great always have my bagel!! The place is always spotless!! Not forgetting the amazing staff who always gave a smile for u!! Keep up the good work funky monkeys
