Great location for a morning coffee and scone. The coffee tastes great, and there is a wide selection of food and drink available. The cafe is on the first floor, and has nice views over Belfast Lough. It has lots of windows, and is airy and bright. It has a public toilet close by.Food: 4/5

Decent cafe, surprisingly clean at the end of the day. Nicely tucked away at the rear of the Next store. Plenty of seating and signs saying use the power points for laptops and phones and giving you the WiFi code - most cafes don’t promote using their power points but are happy enough to let you access their WiFi. Not sure where the toilets were or what they were like.
I love coming here they have a great range of coffee and makeshakes,smoothies.Food: 5/5

Today was my first time going to ground in Next at the Abbey Centre. Absolutely wonderful staff especially Jamie. Very helpful. I had my wee boy with me. Jamie brought my tray to table for me and went and got a high chair for me. Really professional and kind and polite.
Ordered a matcha vanilla cooler and it was undrinkable. Fresh cut grass steeped in hot water would probably taste better. As someone else mentioned, tables weren’t wiped or floors cleaned.
