A nicer coffee than Starbucks or Costa

The food, biscuits and pastry etc are good here. Unfortunately coffees, tea's and hot chocolates are not, all of which cafe Nero have specialist baristas for and furthermore all of which is charged at barista price. Service is slow and off putting and when you finally get your "hot" drink, well... ice cubes are warmer. On the plus side they did heat up my hot chocolate but it then tasted like hot milk. Or some sort of water - y solution,Thanks!
