Lovely place staff are very friendly food, tray bakes and coffee is lovely, love coming here to chill and relax plus they are a lot cheaper that Costa too and I'd say the coffee is better too. Will be back again soon. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair
When I want a coffee at the abbey centre I always go to café Nero. Way better than Costa. Better atmosphere than Costa which is loud, bright and crowded. Café Nero is more cosy and inviting. Coffee is good.
It's our first time there in Abbeycentre, terrible service from counter girls when ordering. Fooled by the looks of the new pistachio ice latte, tasteless, no pistachio flavor at all, looks no difference with our other ice latte. Not a happy experience.
I like to treat myself to a good coffee every morning, like so many others, and as it is a treat it is worth paying for the best so I have tried quite a few different coffees and venues but can find none bettter than Cafe Nero. The loyalty scheme here is excellent and even more so if you use the online system which is easy to use and reaps even better rewards. Venues also are clean, comfortable and relaxing. Give it a try and you will know exactly what I am talking about.

Nice coffee, friendly staff, fairly busy when I was there as it was lunchtime. Never really been a fan of these franchise types of coffee shops food hence the lower rating, I mean it's not that bad just not that good in my opinion. Kinda like overpriced garage food.Food: 3/5
