Would give no stars if I could. Bouncers with God like complex. Had to pick my son up last night he was asked to leave as he was too drunk he was going willingly no issue or argument but ginger bouncer thought it was appropriate to grab him and drag my son down stairsin my sons words rag doll him He called us terrified to the point of tears which if you know my son it's no light feat to get him in that state. In my eyes they used unreasonable force. My son did nothing wrong he was willing to leave and was left terrified. I am taking this further. FYI did you know there is a govern body for door staff or any type of security. And you can report them to this. Its on the .Gov Web site I'd advise people to report the door staff as its clear that management are not interested
Absolutely disgraceful went out for a vape and accused of carrying drugs? Never used or had any in my life? Door staff an absolute dsggrace too the profession. As trying to say I was carrying. Tried to get police in but they not interested?
Ginger bouncer: give me your vape or your getting kicked out. I then give him it out of good will to make him feel superior. He then passes it to his fellow bouncer friend and smirks and laughsthey are £6 from sunnys mate Usual pish with these guys. Compete power trip
Rude bar staff taking 20/30 mins to serve us whilst serving everyone on either side of us within 10 mins, then when we gave her £20 cash with a small rip she turns round and turns back to us with the bit fully ripped off telling us she can’t accept it? Absolutely fuming. Unacceptable behaviour will not be back. Especially not to her!
Bouncers would not let us in. We pre booked tickets over a month ago for the jax Jones event and we had no more than 4 beers each looking forward to a good night. The bouncers turned 2 of my friends away ruining our night in the process. We had done nothing wrong and we’re looking forward to a fun night out, truly disappointed
Got kicked out because I tried to get the hotel key for my friend who was too drunk to stay but I asked to get back in and they threatened me and he said he was going to attack me
Absolutely horrible club. Flew over from Amsterdam to visit Stirling and got rejected for no reason. The bouncers didn’t like me having a foreign ID card and therefore rejected entry. Discrimination and threatening is all I got from the staff present. If you are visiting Stirling please do not go to this club, you will be verbally abused and have a horrible night.
THE MEANEST STAFF EVER. They kicked us out because we got confused with the exit door, when we tried to explain what happened, they did not even listen to us, and they were very very rude. When we spoke to the MANAGER he did not even look at us. After all, we tried to get our coats, and they told us to come back the next day, in December. Now I have a cold.
The bouncers turned me away for being - "too drunk"!! I was really unhappy about that. But that was the last thing I remember. Next thing I was waking up with a massive sore head. The bouncers did me a favour.
Two floors, both decently sized, good music etc. but I'm writing this review primarily to give praise to the bouncers. They were very well natured, but still alert. My friend was fixing his shoe, which seemed suspicious to them, so they politely asked to search it. He complied, no problem, and when they realised he wasn't sneaking drugs they apologised and gave him a balloon which we were all pretty happy to have gained. Later on however we were having a bit of trouble with this shady guy, he was walking around by himself, pushing past people and offering random people drink for no apparent reason. One of my smaller friends was getting particularly targeted by him and almost got in an altercation. No more than 15 minutes later he was discretely escorted out and we didn't have any more problems the whole night. It's a 5/5 because really, I couldn't ask any more of a club. They did their job, and they did it well.
