Everybody I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. I found them to be exceptionally helpful. It was easy to arrange a funeral tailored to my needs. I would recommend them unreservedly.

My dear Dad passed away in early March 2017 and I was devastated by the loss. I walked into the offices of Ballard and Shortall in a dark fog of grief. Every step of the way, I was helped by the staff with kindness, compassion and sensitivity. On the day of the funeral, I was so proud of the beautiful and dignified way in which Ballard and Shortall conducted the arrangements. My Dad would have been so pleased with such a fitting and wonderful farewell. I cannot thank you all enough, and to this day, I am filled with emotion at how much dignity and attention to detail was accorded my darling Dad on this most painful of occasions. It made it both memorable and bearable. I feel nothing but deep gratitude and appreciation.

Ballard and Shortall directed my baby daughter’s funeral with respect and dignity. They were easy to work with, communicative and proactive. Precisely what you need when you’re feeling lost at sea.
