Outstanding service Darren was amazing today. Spent loads of time with me helping me choose things for my husband’s birthday and then helped with a return. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and literally the best service I’ve had in any shop.
Fantastic service!! I'm petite and often find it difficult to get a suit to fit. The staff in the store arranged for alterations and were very attentive in finding me the perfect suit. Can't recommend it enough. The staff were friendly, not pretentious at all and extremely good at their jobs. If you go here expecting the best service - that's just what you'll get. Happy shopping!
Outstanding service. Staff couldn't have done anymore for me. They knew that I had time constraints and got my suit tailored while I waited. Hannah chatted with me the whole time I waited but that unfortunately gave me time in the shop and ended up buying more things for my wife too!! Will definitely be back. Thank you
Popped in late just as they were about to close to ladies dept, staff could not have been more helpful, bringing items from stock room that weren’t even put out on display yet. Very courteous, friendly & extremely helpful staff & security who stayed beyond closing to help. Would highly recommend for a great shopping experience, my new fav retailer in Glasgow.

Staff attentiveness appalling! Despite the face there were more staff than customers they were disinterested and not forthcoming. When we did make purchase lacklustre service was given. A shame considering the quality of shop and products. Staff need to do better!
Very poor staff service treated with disrespect due to haveing my work uniform on and the way i speak. Was told to have a look at the cheaper cloths that are "more jd like" when i was looking for somthing for a wedding. The gentalmen at the store has to have a word with himself.
