Another superb customer service experienced at the One New Change branch! Great communication with Ron keeping us informed and advised on their new stock and limited edition timepieces. The store manager Tom was welcoming and gave professional advise and let me tried other watches that I am interested without any pressure. I was pleasantly surprised that he offered to polish my wedding ring while waiting for the paperwork. This is the reason why customer keep returning to the same AD. Highly recommended.
I was on the hunt for a specific two colour Tudor Royal wristwatch. I spoke to Ali on the phone who confirmed they had the watch in stock and would hold it for me for the day. I visited the store the same day and was greeted warmly by all staff. The watch was presented with a cup of coffee and a very pleasant atmosphere. A sale was agreed and I left a very happy customer. Thank you.

Absolutely incredible service levels from the whole team and a great purchasing experience. The watch I bought required specialised fitting and the whole staff were exceptional - miles better than buying online and I can’t recommend FH one new change highly enough.
Overall we had a great experience. Tom, Shabeer, Cagla, and Emma were very friendly and gave us a hospitable welcome as we got our watches. I was in the market for the Garmin MARQ Aviator and I was promptly served the watch and had it resized. All done quickly in less than half an hour. However, you'll stay longer to enjoy having a conversation with everyone. If you don't know what you want to get yet, they have a great selection of watches and everyone is knowledgable about the inventory that they have. Other pros: Great Accessibility. Stones throw away from Mansion House Station.
Great service at One New Change London St. Paul’s. After a lot of messing about I finally decided what to purchase and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Ron was amazing along with the rest of the team, from start to finish
I bought a £1500 engagement ring for my Mrs that came with a lifetime warranty. 1 year after she put the ring on her finger, the diamond moved/ twisted with a couple of mm to one side. Thus, I took the ring to the Fraser Hart shop at 8 New Change Saint Paul and asked for the ring to be repaired and the dimond to be relocated to its original place. A member of Fraser Hart staff used a looking glass to verify and confirm that the dimond has indeed changed its place with a couple of mm. and said that they will repair the ring for a certain amount of money. When I brought the lifetime warranty in the convesation however, I was told that the warranty only covers what they called 'fabric faults' . I did ask them to explain what a fabric fault means and to give me an example of a fabric fault but after 5 mins of an awkward silence and thinking, an example of a fabric fault was not given to me. We ended up having a bit of an argument before they agreed to take the ring and send it to their factory where better people will decid wether my case goes under 'fabric faults' and the warranty covers it or not. 3 weeks later, I went back to the store and asked for an update because even though they had taken all my details address, email and phone number they never bothered contacting me with any kind of an update; So when i went back and asked what's going on with the ring, the ring was there they just couldn't bother contacting me and I was charged £80 for their services. !!! Make whatever you want from that but if the warranty doesn't cover this, then it doesn't cover anything or with other words is completely useless. If you are to spend thousands of pounds for a jewellery from Fraser Hart just hope nothing ever happens to it, otherwise they will probably play the fabric faults card again and you will be asked to pay additional costs.
The pin fell out of my watch strap. Brought it in and Ron fixed it before I had even sat down. No charge. Fantastic service and nice guys.
