Bought a new watch from this store a couple of weeks ago 19th July. The young man who served me I don’t seem to have his name on the receipt, unless he is the Store manager was really great. Very patient, very honest, helpful and I did not feel any pressure to make a purchase. I ended up choosing to buy a new watch from Rado, and I absolutely love it and feel like it was absolutely the right choice. He was also able to match a competitors price from online, which put me at ease knowing I was getting the best deal as these watches aren’t exactly cheap. He was able to re-size my watch on the spot. This was all quite close to closing time as well - and he didn’t give one single whiff of rushing me. 5 stars for the service and product. I also believe it is a skill to help someone find the right watch for them - and I believe he did this in partnership with me. It’s worth mentioning I had been looking for more than two years for the right one to jump out at me! So pleased I finally have a new watch that I adore. Thanks!
I buy my wedding ring from this shop and after one year of using one precious stone is missing.. never recommend this store. My ring was 1200 pounds. Is not normal to pay this money and have this problem

Poor after sales customer service. I bought a stainless steel bracelet online for my son’s birthday. 4 months later, the bracelet broke. I thought I might be able to take it into my local store in Brent Cross, only to find they closed down. I contacted the Head Office who advised they no longer deal with repairs there and that I would have to contact Westfield branch to see if they will accept the item to be repaired. Westfield is too far for me to physically get to, so I called Westfield several times and the phone initially rings and then a recording explains the call cannot be completed. The item is still within its 12 month guarantee, but I simply cannot get a decent after care service from Ernest Jones to get it repaired. Really disappointing and makes it unlikely that I would order from them again in the future.
I’m writing to share the incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience I had at your store on June 17th. This was my first purchase at this shop, and sadly, it will also be my last. On June 17th, I came to your store at Westfield with the intention of buying a £2,000 watch. I had high expectations given the reputation of your store, but what I encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. I had to wait nearly 2 hours before finally leaving with my purchase. This is utterly unacceptable, especially considering the value of the item I was buying. To make matters worse, I was informed that the watch couldn't be adjusted to fit my wrist in-store. Instead, I had to order the necessary links and wait an additional three weeks. This is not the level of service I expected for such an expensive purchase. The salesperson seemed completely out of their depth, struggling to complete the sale and activate the warranty. The whole process felt painfully amateurish. I finally received an email stating that the links had arrived. However, when I went to pick them up, they were missing. This was the epitome of inconvenience and highlighted a serious lack of organization. I had to visit the store three times just to finally meet a manager on duty who took over my case. While Mr. Tee was very kind and did his best to accommodate us and get the watch fitted to my wrist, the overall experience had already been marred. When I received a call saying the links had arrived, I immediately came in to get my watch altered. Instead of receiving the friendly service I hoped for after all the struggles, I was once again treated poorly. I was told the links might not be there, and then that they were. I even had to ask to keep the links after the alteration, which was quite shocking considering how long I had to wait. The saleswoman didn’t seem aware of my case and didn’t treat me with the care and respect I expected. No attempt was made to recover from this debacle. I waited an entire month to get a £2,000 watch altered, a watch that was supposed to be a special birthday present. This whole experience not only ruined what should have been a joyous occasion but also left me feeling utterly disappointed in your store’s service. The level of service I received was far below what I expect from Ernest Jones. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an ordeal. Your staff needs better training to handle high-value transactions and provide the quality of customer service that your store’s reputation suggests. I trust that you will review your customer service policies to prevent this from happening again and that immediate action will be taken to resolve this kind of issues.
I received the best service today by Amaan, he was super helpful, patient and polite. Any one looking for great service will never be disappointed, I defo recommend. Thank you
Exceptional Service from Joe I recently purchased a watch, and I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was, thanks to Joe, the salesperson who assisted me. When it came to finalizing the purchase, Joe handled the transaction seamlessly, ensuring all the necessary paperwork was completed efficiently. These is the second time I purchase in this shop and I will definitely come back.

Humayun was an amazing help with replacing my stolen watch. Great customer service all around.
Took my mums watch in to get resized. Spoke to Josef who was extremely friendly and efficient. Took less than 5mins and my mum can finally wear her new watch. Definitely recommend coming here if you need a watch resized or anything else jewelery related.
