After reading some of the reviews we were nearly put off trying this place. Our experience was excellent the restaurant was really busy but the staff were excellent, quick service and so polite. Food was excellent would come here again and would recommend.

Been to Frankie and bennies about 4 times in the last 6 months and kept giving it chances to redeem itself. The food is sub standard and the drinks are extra sugary and taste aweful. I would only recommend a fresh orange. They accept the "taste card" which enables you to buy one get one free meals. However the terms and conditions were laid out at the door to us but when the bill came they suddenly changed and the items we ordered weren't part of the deal. This was in all favour rectified but still left a sour taste for a long time to come due to having to complain.

Very disappointed the last few times I have visited here. Staff not enthusiastic anymore as they used to be, food does not live up to expectations and the final bill for a family of 5 including the drinks was far to high for the disappointing quality. Having said that the breakfasts that I have ate here have always been very reasonable and taste good.

The worst food ive ever eaten in a modern restaurant chain. Daylight robbery prices. And in some cases the meat smells awful. I will never visit again

Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere wonderful. Went early midweek and early evening so lots of children's birthday party with a trio of staff singing the obligatory happy birthday. Food is mediocre, a little expensive unless you go for a deal. There always seems to be 50% mains deal online somewhere. Close to the local cinema. Choice between F&B or Nandos. I'd go again, but no special trip.
