We brought the kids into let off some steam in the play area and I have to say the lady running that area was absolutely amazing, literally nothing was too much trouble. She literally went above and beyond. She was happy and friendly, got to know my kids and offered crayons and activity sheets, balloons and crayons to both my children. This woman is amazing, she made my kids day!!!! We will definitely be returning!! Her name was Sally E. This woman needs a rise!! 10/10
Went for lunch but didn't end up eating here as the wait for food was 45 minutes upwards even though there wasnt many customers. I waited in the queue to order for nearly 15 minutes as there was just 1 person behind the bar. There were no staff around and all the tables were dirty with no-one clearing them. The 1 member of staff i saw was telling a customer she was finishing her shift so it's someone else's problem so clearly not a happy ship being run. We didn't bother even ordering a drink and just went elsewhere.
Amy and the other staff are just wonderful. Thank you all and especially Amy who did a great job decorating the table and gifts to my wife IRENE celebrating her 71 birthday.n12 people enjoyed the food which was tasty and well served 10 out of 10 to the chef
Lovely staff, one of the best carveries I've had in a long time! Well worth going! There is a play area for the kids, and the kids loved it.
Super manager and staff. Immediately asked if we had any allergies or dietary requirements. Exceptionally clean in main areas and ladies toilets. Food came out in good time, sirloin steak and salad first class, drinks cold and sparkling. Waiting staff cleared table quickly and asked if we wanted anything else. All in all a great visit. Well done Cheswold !
