I have just recently gone to Frankie and Benny's and its a memorable meal there was good table services unlike other restaurant and offered some amazing and exotic foods I would infer that this place has done well and will keep doing well. I would defiantly insist on other families to go because there is so much option for adults and kids.

Really like frankie and Bennys. Hartlepool and metro centre are my favourite.

Just a really friendly place to eat with the family. The food is typical for this type of place; burgers, pizza, salad, steak etc, but it's cooked well and delivered with good service. Use the F&B app and you'll save a bit of money too.

Great friendly staff who gave back trust to the brand after previous poor experiences at other locations. Our waitress really looked after us and our children, ensuring we were all happy served quickly and given our bill quick too
