KFC

The food is nice but the staff attitude could be improved upon greatly. It takes nothing to offer up a smile or to offer some assistance. I have been in here many times but only cause of my daughter's choice. There is no cleaner on the floor and the bins are always overflowing. It would not take much to improve the place. Just some polite staff with a smile on there face and a cleaner at front of house. Come on kfc get your act together!!!

Overriding issue isn't the food but It's the customer service...sadly lacking and slow. Nice enough people but mgt has some training issues to attend to !!

Went through the drive through today ordered the festive bucket for one (came with festive fries) and a snack box was told to park up as they where waiting on festive fries would be no longer than 4-5 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes i went in store and asked where my order was went back to car and she brought it out. Opened the festive bucket for one NO FESTIVE FRIES which was the reason for the wait so i took the box in and there was around 4 people stood at the counter saying they had been waitin 20 minutes for orders and they still wernt ready i ended up leaving the shop without my food which i had paid for. Staff unhelpful and just didnt look like they knew what they where doing!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Coffee machine always broke. Staff at reception point do not seem to have been trained in answering simple option questions. Rats seen under waste bins outside...Food is hottest and fresh when they're busy...but dried up if they're not. Sometimes they don't answer you at the drive through if they're quiet...as if they don't know you're there...
