After waiting what seemed to be at least ten minutes to be welcomed and sat down in a half full restaurant, my friend and I Ordered potato skins to start which came out cold and looked like my 7 yr old had made, so sent it back, then I had a wrap as a main which was bland and the side of coleslaw was all over the place after clearly being slopped into a side dish without any care, my friend ordered the steak salad, the salad was not fresh, and the steak was more like tough gristle and unable to be cut or chewed. our whole meal was poorly presented, even the Pepsi was completely flat. Not impressed with my experience at all and won't be returning.

They were very busy so we had a 45 minute wait during which we left and came back. We were then served quickly and the food came very fast. The staff were very welcoming and the food was great as always

I came in for a meal around 2 weeks ago now. The food was absolutely lovely and I helped myself to one of those Oreo smoothies which again was lovely. The only thing that stops this being 5 stars is the services, it really wasn’t busy in there at all so there was only 2 staff members. But when they found out I didn’t want the pudding menu they took half an hour to even walk past us again..

Was looking forward to the blue cheese burger... they dont do it anymore. Anways we had a half price voucher and they must have know before we ordered as the ribs where only half covered in BBQ sauce. The waiter was pleasent however very difficult to understand his English. He was shocked when we ordered drinks first! Place was pretty empty. Our food arrived quick however parts of other dishes where in others meals which the waiter said the cooking pots were next to each other and this sometimes happens.
