Every time me & my lady wine & dine here we love it. The staff, the atmosphere is amazing, nice chill, calm, warming environment. Always come here. Just to add, Mona the manager here is exceptional, she's gone above and beyond what you'd expect to make you feel welcome and comfortable. If you ever get the chance to have her presence you will feel like royalty. A big thank you to Mona, as always.

Monday night and only 8 tables in. A chef out the front on his phone. Two other members of staff join him a do paper work. Meanwhile a trainee takes out order and messes it up ok he is a trainee. Followed by a long! Wait for our starter which we have to ask twice for! Shortly followed by our main which was NOT up to Bella Italia standard by a LONG shot. Rubbery pasta, watery tomato sauce and just about warm enough. The manager apologized as there was a trainee chef (the chef out the front on his phone should have been looking after the trainee) they brought our some free fries which was the best part of the meal. Well Done you didn't F up fries. We only paid for our drinks and left. I would not recommend this Bella Italia Stay Away!

Not great 7 menu items our of stock, I understand they have a new menu launch but this information wasn't given to us until after we had ordered and waited 20 Mins, not good. Better off in frankies and bennys next door or Bella Italia at the theatre district

Had lovely meal.out the staff was lovely and help full it's was my birthday yesterday they made it special they all wish me 50th birthday the food was lovely I would go there again well recommend thank you 2 the staff xx
