Terrible service, very unpleasant manager of the tables. I felt like I am unwanted guests that make them actually do something. Very dirty tables, I was given a bill and then waited 10 minutes to actually pay even though it was not busy at all. Not really up to London pizza express standards, do not recommending at all.

Pizza was undercooked. The waitress should always observe the quality of the food prior to it going out. The waitress asked if the food was ok 30 secs after the food was served. I asked for pizza to be put in the oven again. We asked for the bill towards the end of our meal. The waitress took the bill from our table as we were still eating. Any food & beverage site should train all staff to take the bill after the customers have finished. Table service requires asking questions at the right time, not as and when they feel like it just to get the tick the box quickly. Really really upset with the service and the quailty of the food here. Also, the manager told me "you can't smoke here" when I was outisde. Fair enough, but please apply some manners when asking someone to move. This place needs staff training and needs team building exercises. Shame.

Churn it out same as the rest staff looked fed up & it rubbed off. Food OK.

Food was okay was busy and the staff seemed to rush around alot but god offerings and good menu for children and there is colouring so keeps the little ones quiet for a while!
