Frankie & Benny's

Two of us went on a Monday night thinking it would be quiet. There was plenty of seats free yet we get put between a child's birthday party and a large, loud group. The customer service was non existent. Not once did the waitress ask how our food was and was quite sloppy taking our order. Our food sat on the counter for 5 minutes before it came to our table and was not all that good. Only after saying that I was not paying full price for the meal that they then decided to take a more 'caring' approach. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

Changes to the menu were definitely for the best - feels less like a fast food restaurant and now more professional. Food was cooked fine and tasted great. I went for my friend's birthday and we had a lot of fun! It was great that they even got him a cake and played birthday music in the restaurant

The staff were very friendly, but the pizzas weren't very good. Not quite bad enough to complain about, but they weren't cooked properly and we a bit underwhelming. We did use a tastecard though, so was cheap

Sad experience.. Overpriced food and drinks. Sides too expensive. We got the cheque without us even asking for it. No offer if we wanted desserts! Afterward we realised it was because they were closing But they could have told us that. 1 star is too much.

At least we got service here, at the restaurant in McArthur Parc Bridgend, we waited 20 mins and walked out. Quite a rude man with a mohawk just left us sitting!
