We are a fully licensed organic vegetarian café with lots of gluten free and vegan options.
We try our best to be ethical in our business and source local or fairly traded produce wherever possible, and use environmentally friendly cleaning products, recycled products and recycle as much of our waste as possible too.

I had an excellent spicy stew and a coffee and my wife had a quiche. The food was tasty and we'll presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have been before and had a mushroom burger and I will be visiting again to try something else.

Beautiful place with beautiful food, although not so cheap. Worth it though, I particularly enjoy the milkshakes :) also their events are pretty cool, open mic and what not. The place has a great vibe and attracts some awesome people. Travel there and experience it, you would be silly to miss it.

Beautiful café I have recently found, definitely my 1st choice of eat out in Carmarthen, we need more places like this. You can eat really tasty food safe in the knowledge that what you put into your body is good for you. . The café is a bit hard to find in the town centre but once you know where it is its easy and quick to walk to from parking places. The café is small and cosy with comfy seating and plenty of choice of food and drink. and everything is very fairly priced, people tend to think organic has to be extortionately priced but it really isn't and very much worth it. Plus the owner is very welcoming and lovely to chat to. My new local for sure :)
