The location is very easy to find. The availability of parking area is wonderful. The restaurant is an American design, the ambiance is energetic and the music is a little bit loud. We were nicely welcomed and seated. Here I have to say that the customer service was excellent. The staff are very attentive and hard workers. The menu is rich, American and italian cuisines are offered. There is a kids menu as well. The prices are reasonable. We ordered the triple cheese burger and a salmon dish for mains, southern fried chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks for appetizers, and uptown waffle for desserts. The salmon was nicley cooked, but a change of sauce could be great. The cheeseburger and the waffle were good. As overall, a good experience and it is worth trying.

Very friendly staff and warm atmosphere. A little cold, would of liked a bit of heating but the friendly atmosphere made up for it. Food was very quick and good sized portions

Service was good but the word of warning don't buy the sirloin steak. It was the worst cut of meat ever. It was so tough I couldn't even cut it. After persevering with it I couldn't eat anymore. I was offered a replacement but declined. Only gave two stars for the service but the food is horrendous. I won't be going back.

They're were 4 birthdays around us and cliff Richard was used to celebrate each on with communal singing. This was a little tacky and annoying. However the service and food was all good.

Dismal, booked ahead and went for breakfast. They failed to advise that they had no coffee/ tea making facilities, nor any smoothies and that further it would be a minimum of an hour wait due to staff problems. We endured the wait only to have the worst cooked breakfast; dry, over cooked and then no fruit for the waffles. They ended not charging me, but it didn't deter from the experience. I have had good breakfasts before at other Franky & Benny's, so it Has to be indicative of that particular restaurant.
