Food was great, didn’t know which dessert to have so we had two each. We will be back as the service by the young girl Emma was next to none. She was pleasant, happy and attentive. Being a chef I know not everyone is good at waiting but this girl just had it all. We will be back because of the service.
Nice fit out and friendly enough service but the food just is not up to scratch for the price point. I am aware Frankie and Benny’s is a successful chain and some restaurants may perform better but it’s the kitchen that are letting this one down - just not quite enough pride being put into what’s leaving the kitchen - a bit lack lustre. Would probably not go back to this particular one.nnAlso don’t like it when discretionary tips are added automatically to the bill - tips should be reserved for above and beyond service not people just doing their jobs to an average/satisfactory manner. Most people find it too embarrassing to ask for these tips to be removed so will just swallow it even if the service level does not justify it so I tend to find the practice a bit jarring.
From the beginning to the end the staff took care of us like friends, we felt simply welcome. The food was so good that even though we were full we wanted to eat more. Beautiful place, beautiful people and a beautiful time with the family.
Chicken wings are too die for so tender and tasty. BBQ chicken stack was beautiful. Waiter not sure his name foreign accent is brilliant. Very friendly service and nothing is ever too much hassle. Made it extra special by surprising my mum for her upcoming birthday. He is an asset representing your company.
Staff were excellent! It was my friends birthday and service from Andy was 10/10 Friendly staff, great food. Really made my friend’s birthday special, thank you so much.
