Tyrone was amazing during our house buying process, we were first time buyers so had a lot of questions and Tyrone always responded the same day. He kept us up to date with progress by phone and email, especially when there was a complication which he handled professionally and reasonably. When Tyrone was away, another member or staff gave us a call to check we were happy with everything which I thought was really good of them. Couldn’t fault the process at all!

Experts in their field - would 100% recommend!  We have sold properties in the past and this was hands-down the best estate agency we have ever used. The service was priced fairly. All the staff were professional and friendly. We were given useful advice from initial meeting to exchange of contracts. Excellent communication was maintained. They did everything in their power to get our property sold.

Tyrone is the best estate agent I have ever come across, he’s professional, personable and truly seeks out the best for you.  He is thorough, constantly follows up every enquiry, chases relevant parties to stop processes dragging often building up a positive rapport with all parties to facilitate positive communication.  I have been down avenues in terms of selling and buying properties with Tyrone over the past year, it’s been a long and often tedious process I imagine somewhat frustrating for many estate agents but he never seemed put out no matter how many times I asked to view the property!  Some aspects of the purchase process I was unfamiliar with, he was very patient and clear with explaining everything involved.

I've rented out my property in Eastbourne with Town Rentals for the past 4 years and SO GRATEFUL I found them. Everything has been flawless, including communication, response times and organising repairs/cleaning/check-outs. The ladies on the team are also very friendly and deserve every bit of success.  Before coming to Town Rentals, I was with a different rentals company in Eastbourne for two years and it was literally a NIGHTMARE! Town Rentals has been a breath of fresh air and they save me so much time and stress, which is just as it should be. They never miss a thing and I wholeheartedly trust the service. Moving in to a clean, hygienic property is standard. But clearly not in this case. The flat had been cleared of furniture, but not cleaned. Some of the dirt was a direct threat to health ie. Black mould. I documented this the day I moved in, sent photos to this agency and requested cleaning from the landlord,as long as it wasn't taken from my deposit. Now my tenancy has ended and they are trying to withold over £180 from my despoit for "cleaning" despite I left the flat in a spotless condition. The landlord who wishes their identity to remain secret, I wonder why? clearly trying to negate their responsibilities and save cash. Parasitic. I left the property spotless, however when I moved in it was a state. Would you accept this as the state of a property when you move in. Black mould, heavy dust, extractor fans clogged with grease and a filthy oven? Do better.

We have sold and bought with Town Property this year and like our first property that we bought from them in the past we have been extremely satisfied . Everyone is very professional,friendly and provide an excellent service. Thank you kindly once again for everything. We look forward to collaborate again with you in the future.
