David has been really helpful. After seeing a house with Foxes/David but deciding it wasn't for us, he kept in contact and rang to inform us about another house he thinks we may like which, with todays rental market, most agents aren't bothering to ring out anymore, so we really appreciated this!. During both viewings David was really helpful, polite and professional. He really knew his stuff about the houses and one or two questions he couldn't answer, he rang us later that day with answer. His communication has been consistent and he has been so helpful. Thank you David!

We went to view a property with Fox & Sons and decided to put our property on the market. They arranged a visit by Callum to value our property and within a couple of days it was on the Market and viewing's had already started. The selling process seemed to take a long time due to being Leasehold but we were advised and supported by both Callum and Annabel who kept us calm and we carried on. What can I say?! Five stars aren't nearly enough for the fantastic experience we've had from Fox and Sons, Eastbourne. When my other half and I wanted to secure a mortgage, Stephen Rogers Branch Manager put us in contact with their resident Mortgage Advisor, Andrew Titherly Sequence Mortgages. As nervous first time buyers, nothing has been too much of a request for Andrew and his counsel has been greatly appreciated. We will happily recommend Andrew, with strong praise and doubtless confidence as THE mortgage advisor to work with in the area. You could go anywhere, but if you want the job done properly - Andrew is your man!

Great experience with Oskar at Fox and Sons, he was really helpful in finding me a new place that ticks all of my wish list and went out of his way to make sure that everything was organised, nothing was too much of an ask. 100% Recommended if you're looking for a stress free, straight forward and professional experience when securing your new home.

We visited here with our daughter who was looking at various flats. The process of purchasing that first home is a huge decision. Fortunately the team were brilliant. They were able to accommodate viewings at short notice due to us travelling home the following day. Teresa was absolutely brilliant from the outset and provided my daughter with all the mortgage advice and offering options on a property that my daughter needed . I was more than happy to return home because I was confident my daughter was in good hands with Teresa. So far everything is progressing well but I'm not sure it would be if we hadn't walked into Fox and Sons. A huge thank you from a nervous Mum
