I have rented my 3 bedroom bungalow through Your Move in Polegate for the last 7 years. Throughout that time Paul the manager of the Polegate branch of Your Move has been looking after my interests regarding the property, along with his in-branch team. Since our 1st meeting 7 years ago Paul has always shown the highest level of professionalism and experience, along with a friendly, reliable way of doing business where nothing is too much trouble and I always get my problem or query resolved quickly and efficiently, plus all advice is always spot on. If you are looking to rent, buy or sell in Polegate, I cannot recommend Paul and Your Move Polegate enough, as you are guaranteed to be looked after, and your interests cared for. An excellent Estate Agent and an excellent company. TERRIFIC 5 STARS

Selling a home when you do not live in an area has the potential to be very stressful.   However Paul and Angela from Your Move - Polegate worked closely with us on the whole journey through to completion providing a professional service, sound advice, practical support and appropriate intervention with other key professionals as required.  Always available to us either via telephone or email, we were always confident that we could count on them to do their best for us.  We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody wanting to buy or sell a home.

Our father died unexpectedly earlier this year and we wanted to sell his house. Paul and Angela were wonderful in this respect. Tactful, professional and friendly and always super helpful.  I am very glad to have chosen them to sell the property and would thoroughly recommend them to others.

The staff Paul and Angela who we mainly dealt with were extremely courteous, kind, and considerate in trying to help my relatives sell their property. Apart from being very professional they became good friends with  them over the course of the viewings and we couldn't speak highly enough of them. They didn't just  show people around but they spent time actually speaking to my relatives showing compassion and care during a difficult time.

Paul Bardon has been very professional from the start of the sale of our family home.  His advice and help from the initial meeting to all the dealings through to exchange, which have been fraught with delay upon delay.  Paul and Angela from the Polegate office have updated us regularly and kept the transaction going when it was in danger of being kicked into the long grass.
