Extremely unprofessional. As tennants we were texted rambling messages about not being let in our property when we had clearly told them we were on holiday in America! To mention but a few ridiculous times we had with Mirus. Glad to have brought our own house now!!

Is the agency open at all? Wanted to arrange the viewing.no none is picking the phone up.onec someone answered I hang the phone up as it was the rudest man I have ever talks To! Avoid avoid avoid.awful

As a landlord, these are AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Used to think it was great but they have cost me money twice now. One time was worried why I was not getting leads. Reduced by £50pcm then days later had 30 leads through from when on at original price. They send leads through as and when. Just had the same experience. After reducing, I sent a test email for viewing on Monday morning. Still not received it by Thursday. Rung some arrogant idiot to be told "Oh that one, yes we've had a problem. You need to reactivate and we'll refund". So if you know of a problem, why not contact me. Was told if i'm not happy to go elsewhere. Don't worry, I will do. Tenants find it a nightmare as they have nobody answering the phone. There are much much much better online agencies than these clowns.

Rang about a property only to be met by the rudest man alive who simply said the office was closed, waited for me to reply then put the phone down. Incredibly unprofessional.

Terrible - Unable to make ANY contact. Been trying to view a property in East Malling for 5 days. No one has called me or Emailed me back
