Recently refurbished. Lovely friendly atmosphere, quality food and reasonably priced. Highly recommended 😁

Great location for the coast to coast walk. Very clean, spacious and well appointed room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good food and beer. The only down side was the poor management of staff rotas which left the pub understaffed for some of our stay.
