Great local business, quality service and repair at good value

Terrible service. Booked 2 weeks in advance, failed to show for booked appointment. When I phoned to see where he was he stated that he had sent me a text the night before saying he couldn't make it because his van had broken down ( it was broken down when I phoned 2 weeks previous) Turned out that the alleged text was sent to someone else. A phonecall would have been nice ! Then said my parts hadn't arrived (2 rooflight struts can be picked up from anywhere). Finally stated that he would come the following week and he would phone me back to confirm time and day, sounded like he was outside working on another caravan so my guess is he forgot. Anyway guess what ? Nothing, haven't heard from him since. Avoid !!!

Great service from Barry, serviced my caravan and helped me out with a few other things. Very polite and a pleasure to deal with.
