Cheaply made clothes not true m&s quality. 2 pairs of trousers with both pairs having to go back due to stud buttons falling off after trying on. Couldn't even be repaired. Flogging mass made rubbish under m&s name. To top it off drive 10 miles to return only to have to wait until you open at 10am and get shoddy customer service. What a waste of time never again.

Went to M&S on the late night opening just after 6pm and before doing my christmas shopping i decided to have a coffee in the cafe, When i got there i was told it was closed although there were people sitting having coffee at the tables. I also wanted to purchase a gift card for an afternoon tea but was told that it was not possible do that as the cafe was closed and was offered no alternative way to buy one. As this was a late night shop I thought at least i would be able to purchase a gift card and that the cafe would be open to refresh those 'tired from shopping M&S customers' at least - poor service M&S.

Good prices. Have to search sizes etc as they dont necessarily have popular sizes. After all its a discount store.
