I didn't need a suit but I wanted a suit I found. It was love at first sight. Though having it in my size would have helped. A lower price would have reeled me in regardless. Still thinking about the suit 2 days later grr.
Brought my dad to Suit Direct to kit him out a suit for Chester Races. Found a top quality suit but needed some help with the sizing. We got some help from Harry who was brilliant. My dad thought he was a 30 waist but Harry kindly suggested a 32. Harry was right much to my dads reluctance to admit it!. Recommended a great tie as well. The guys here really know what they’re doing. Excellent customer service in retail is rare these days so it was so pleasant to have a genuinely great experience shopping here.
Spent more time in Jeff Banks where there's a lovely selection of shirts and jackets but more importantly the staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. Bought a jacket with which I am very pleased and at an excellent price.
Disgusted with my visit to this shop today. The manager was blatantly uninterested in what I was asking for. Needs a lesson in customer service with different coloured people. We felt very uncomfortable and disrespected.
