I visit your store on 10 March. Well what can I say my husband and I and two other family members came into the store to buy more polo shirts. There was 2 female staff and they was chatting to each other. My husband took 3 polo shirts into fitting rooms. They did not even looked at us never mind asking if we needed help. I and my cousin was the one's fetching different sizes for him to try and colours. I never asked us if we needed any help or needed different size. In the end we just left the shop. I don't even think they saw us enter or leave the shop. My husband was intending to buy 6 polo shirts. That would of been £180 in sales. He went and brought 3 from Ralph Lauren and 3 from Ben Sheridan.

Came here today the lady serving us was very pleasant. She had a lovely smile. And we bought a watch very quickly giving her the credit for the decision.

I was looking at the watches with my husband, as I was interested in buying one. The sales assistant came behind me and said I actually need to get in there. She said it on a rude manner and didn't even use the polite manner of excuse me. I left the store feeling disgusted and appalled. My husband was disgusted by it too. The sales assistant would be more suited to working in Poundland rather than representing Michael Kors.

Bought an item only to get to the hotel and find the box was empty, went in to the store after ringing them and they replaced it without any fuss and we're very apologetic for the inconvenience.
