We found Fort William Car Hire from their Google reviews, another larger company kept popping up but had mixed reviews so we knew this was the company for us! The booking was super last minute but very easy, we received a confirmation email straight away and was contacted by the office team within the hour. Seumas met us at the agreed location and time, even though our train was late! Seumas Was very friendly helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the car. Seumas Was on hand for any questions we had as we had delays on our train home and couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommend!
I can't recommend Fort William Car Hire highly enough. Communication is fantastic, they were on hand to help with the whole process. They accommodated our out of hours requests and collection/drop off no problem. Great family run local business. Seamus was our point of contact and was superb throughout. 5 stars!
Just amazing service. Seumas was knowledgable and kind and very accommodating. Wasn’t sure how picking up a car would go from coming off the train from London, but flawless. Will be using them EVERY TIME I am back…which will be ASAP.
This was one of the most straight forward car hires ever. The car was perfect, Seumas was very helpful, friendly and very flexible. I would definitely recommend using this car service. It was even better than using a big name car rental service. Seumas was prompt, easy to communicate with, and flexible. He is flexible with drop off and pickup location and brought the car to the train station for us. A fabulous family run business!
Fort William Car Hire met us with an exceptionally friendly, helpful and easygoing, but at the same time correct service. They were really easy to communicate with, provided flexible and perfect solutions for delivery and drop off. The car was in perfect shape and clean, the price was reasonable - and the paper work went smoothly. No problems when we had to change dates for our return back to Sweden due to flight problems, and the same goes for a small damage that was caused to the car. Everything was met with the same warm, friendly, helpful but still efficient attitude. We will definitely use them again on our next visit to northern Scotland!
Seamus was very responsive and attentive. We got a great car Suzuki Jimny and it worked well. He gave us a good introduction to the car and delivered it to the train station at pick up and drop off seamlessly. Great experience! Thank you. Good to support a small local business
We have been hiring cars all over the world for the last 20 years I can honestly say that this is the most easiest and straight forward car hire that i have ever done. Almost all hire companys are faceless and no customer service skills Seumas the owner of this company is on the ball no messing about with a great knowledge i dealt with him all the time and kept me updated and communicated through whats app He made me feel at ease He even showed me how to work everything on the car from switching on the lights to connecting my phone via Bluetooth Please do not hesitate to hire from this small but professional company I booked on reading the reviews first and not one of them are wrong Thanks and all the best for the future ahead See you next time
Great service! Excellent communication and a solid car. Seumas came to meet us at the train station and we were able to return it there as well. Very friendly and helpful, and for a good price. We're from the Netherlands but it took no time to get used to a UK car.
We hired the Jimny to explore the West Coast of Scotland. Excellent service from Seumas and the team. The car was ready when we arrived at the train station, clean and fuelled up. Excellent and efficient service from the team.
