AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I booked a car with free delivery service but then Jamie refused to deliver the car and forced me into it and drove me back to his office to sign paperwork which he had brought with him because it was a bit rainy (which it is quite often in these parts) and he didn't want to walk ten minutes back to his office. This is having agreed both by email when making the booking and text message a couple of hours before the booking to deliver the car to me. He refused to offer me any compensation and called me names. I also tried to contact them during my booking by telephone, facebook message and text and got no response. Woe betide you if you have a problem with your booking. Never had a worse service.

Top class service. Can't rate Fort William Car Hire high enough. Jamie went above and beyond expectations and couldn't have been more helpful.

Jamie was very quick to respond to all email queries and was very efficient. Payment details were provided to secure the booking over the phone, and the payment came out on the morning of pick up as promised. The car was picked up and dropped off at Fort William Station which was super convenient for us. The car was a white VW Polo Auto and it was in perfect condition. It was a great car, and we would recommend Fort William Car Hire in a heartbeat!
