Fantastic shop to head to when staying at Fort William on holiday, wide range of food stocked on the shelves! Plenty of drinks available and aisles are labelled very efficiently, staff helped find our way around.
Arrived at morrisons fort william at 3.30pm on Friday 20th February 2026 for a family tea, chose a table and picked up the menus. We all chose our choices and proceeded to go to the counter to order to be told by the staff member that the kitchen was closed, this was said after we had been sitting there deciding our food. Surely the member of staff should of informed us earlier. Came into your establishment on Friday 13th February 2026 to do abit of shopping, asked to use mobility scooter, member of staff gave me the key and said it might not work, shouldn't there be a out of order sign on the scooter, again this was a let down due to being disabled and unable to walk around your store
Perfectly civilised shopping trip which had me in stitches laughing because there were so many Scottish things that I had never heard of and that don’t exist in Belarus.nnThere was one thing called a TATTY SCONE, I thought tatty meant battered or bashed around and a Scon was a pastry so this really confused me but it actually ended up tasting like potatoes and it was so so so so so so so so so so so yummy!!! I will come back!
You need to update the sign outside with your closing times! In believing the shop was open until 8pm as per the sign, I was disappointed to find it closing as I arrived at 7pm. Please fix.
I have visited this Morrisons 4 times in as many days. All I have experienced has been positive, all staff I came into contact with were professional, polite and efficient.nI’ve brought my weekly shop here a suitcase and a tin of haggis. If time permits I’ll defiantly be back before I leave.
