Cineworld is the perfect place to take your friends and family to. It’s got a bowling Center beside it, a hotel, and restaurant. We go there atleast twice a month and it’s always a wonderful experience. If you ever have plans of visiting Bradford, you should go there too. The ambiance is great and it’s never too rowdy because the customer advisors are fast and very receptive .... so.... what are you waiting for???
Good sized screens and decent selection of current movies out there - both Hollywood and Bollywood given the target demographic. Staff generally fine. However, completely let down by the crowd that usually visits and lack of security/attendants in each screen. On the past 3 visits, incredibly disruptive attendees have had to be escorted out of the screen they often return anyway. Sometimes the disruption is so bad the film has to be rewound to catch what was missed in between inappropriate comments shouted out from these disruptive audience members. Perhaps to consider a system whereby audience members can be reported from your seat, or at least consider stationing security in/outside every screen.
Cineworld was very poor. Hardly any food, the chairs are uncomfortable and too big for kids even with the booster seats. The toilets were dirty with food and drink cartons thrown on the floor. No hand soap dispensers on the wall. Really scruffy. Go to odeon!
It's always messy and dirty in Foyer, the staff are always extremely slow at giving service, you ask for a drink they don't have it, ask for an alternative didn't have that either, had to go to bowling complex vending machine to buy some bottles. Nacho's only cheese option, no salsa, should have both.
It's good the seats are mostly free and good experience when you go to the cinema. The food is too expensive it is round 4-4.50 pounds for pick and mix when you can just get your own to 1.50.
Great memories here. Very great value at 5.99 a ticket or £10 for unlimited cinema. Yeah it doesn't have the reclining seats and pizza's brought in but that kind of stuff is a novelty. The great value is the screen, environment and price which this venue is perfectly for.
An aging cinema desperately in need of upgrades. The screens are poor quality and the sound terrible. Avoid
You get the cinemas, Hollywood bowling with arcade section and some food places along with a hotel. Parking is good
Visoted on Wednesday evening. Ate at the Nandos before a film. Waited almost over 40 mins for our food which didn't leave much time to eat it. Service was slow..the Frozen Yogurt machine wasn't filled which delayed us even more. Then at the cinema they didn't have any milk so could not serve any hot drinks. The Cineworld was fine, staff helpfil and efficient but the toilets smelled .. gosh I don't think we will be back
Free parking after 6.30pm and all day Sunday if you get your parking ticket stamped in the cinema. Plenty of parking. Cinema clean and tidy. Usual high prices for refreshments.
