A truly wonderful experience at Forest Road Post Office. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer as there was so much time dedicated for me. I absolutely recommend Forest Road Post Office for everything because it is guaranteed you will receive the best service.
Rang post office 5 mins before closing explained to staff running a bit late. But they were understanding and I was still able to collect my parcel. Thank you . Much appreciated.
The team at Forest Road Post office were extremely busy so I did have to wait a few minutes for a response on the phone. However, it was worth the wait as I received incredible customer service from Lak who assisted me with all of my queries and I cannot thank him enough for resolving the issue with my parcel for a client. Thank you again to the team at Forest Road and specifically to Lak who has made my day!!
Excellent experience at Forest Road post office. Not only are they polite, friendly and give the cheapest and safest way of sending parcels, they have saved my life. I thought I sent an important parcel but when checking my receipt I realised I had left the parcel behind and forgot to give to the asst for sending/paying. They saved the parcel for me so when I went in the following day they had kept it aside. Very trustworthy and honest. If I could give more stars I would. I award this post office 5 stars.
Great post office - staff and manager are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also a lot of variety in store. I would highly recommend this post office.
Awful experience the worst of all post offices around I had to return an Amazon parcel the return label was not a sticker one and he ask me 50p for 2 peace’s tape that he use and of course cash no card payment.Awful

I've had a issue with returning my parcel back with an Ebay seller. This post office kindly has kept my item stored for me to able to process my return later in the week. They've been helpful throughout the process.
