The food under previous owner was amazing. Unfortunately now Fong’s is under new owner and the food became horrendous. It looks like pre cooked food. That is very disappointing
Excellent local takeaway, who’ve just had their kitchen updated, with a wide range of Chinese and Thai dishes. Generous portions and low prices, what’s not to like? :– Vegetarian options: All sorts of veggie options and boxes on their menu. Worth a try.
The food here is not good tastes have moved on although there prices have moved with the times the food is very sub standard tasteless flavourless and out of date it’s a great shame as this used to be a fantastic little place .Food: 1/5
Been coming here for years definitely the best Chinese in the area, the food is always amazing. Sadly the delivery driver recently is very unpleasant, he went to the wrong address, when he called I told him the correct door number. Once he almost drove past the address, we flagged him down, he then complained about having to wait 4mins and made my boyfriend go out in the rain in his socks to get the food. What a shame!
The food was revolving!! I got chicken chow mein and my partner had special fried rice with shredded beef. In addition to this I ordered sweet and sour sauce separately I have never ever tasted sweet and sour sauce that doesn’t taste like the sauce!!! It had a lot of vinegar and taste absolutely disgusting To add insult to injury the next day me and my partner both had bellyaches I will never order again from this place never
Truly an awful meal. Tough chicken and chilli beef without the chilli just tasted of sugar extremely disappointed. Was offered a credit but would not order from here again. Once again truly awfulFood: 1/5

i have had to log on here and do this while half-way through the meal because ONCE AGAIN just like ALL the other 3/4 times I have used this place the food is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I CANNOT understand how the person above had that experience the chow mein isnt even described or the rice bar disgusting and they are not dishes that can vary that much. On the other hand ALL my hour d'oevres are amazing & the Kung Pao equally. Honestly I went here first time on a whim with nowhree else open on my way home- but before this had been put off eating chinese takeaways from too many below par ones...this one is SO good it is one of my favourite meals.... Honestly i think it more likely the person who wrote the above review spilled vinegar in their meal than it differed so vastly from mine!
