Ross has been great, My plan was to loose weight, gain chest and arm strength and overall fitness improvement. Ross has help deliver my objectives making sure that the method was right and consistency was maintained. He continues to help me achieve my new goals whilst keeping me interested which has always been a problem. Thanks Ross.

Having suffered for over 5 years with my back following a spinal fracture and surgery, my exercise routine was non existent. After years of pain and a total lack of confidence with my ability to exercise I was recommended to go and seek help from Ross. He actually has changed my life, I am pain free 90% of the time which is amazing and I am now actually loving not only my PT sessions with Ross but I am also enjoying coming to the gym on my own, this is something I never thought I would be saying. Ross works with me, he understands my injury and my limitations yet he still manages to push me each week to achieve more. I feel fantastic pain free and my whole body shape is improving. I can highly recommend Ross.

Since I’ve been training with Ross, I’ve lost 10kgs in weight, 5% in body fat and increased my muscle mass and strength significantly. I have 2 slipped/herniated discs in my lower back and used to struggle with debilitating pain, which has now completely gone. Ross is so unbelievably knowledgeable and pushes you exactly when/how you need it. The tailored approach is what is getting me the results I want. I can’t recommend him enough.
